Yara L. Klukas currently serves as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Florida. Prior to that, she was a Senior Associate at Hogan Lovells where she focused on complex commercial disputes before state and federal courts and international arbitral tribunals. Yara’s practice also focused on assisting clients with internal investigations and white collar criminal defense issues. Yara graduated with a degree in political science from Brown University in 2005 and from St. Thomas School of Law in 2009. Following law school, Yara clerked for the Honorable District Court Judge James Lawrence King in the Southern District of Florida and the Honorable Peter T. Fay on the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
