This position is with the Litigation Management group that provides dispute resolution services, including arbitration and litigation management to all Chevron International Upstream operations and provides guidance to several corporate groups located all over the world. The attorneys in this group have expertise in international arbitration and litigation and handle a wide variety of matters including disputes with foreign governments, major construction litigation, contract disputes, environmental claims, personal injury, labor and employment and government and internal investigations. The attorneys retain and directly manage external counsel and partner with all internal stakeholders including business clients and other Chevron functions including Corporate Affairs.
