Vassi is a go-to litigator for complex disputes at the intersection of data, privacy, cybersecurity, and emerging technology. She represents global leaders in tech, media, healthcare, and consumer products, defending against high-stakes multidistrict litigations, class actions, mass arbitrations, and regulatory investigations.
A dynamic and pragmatic advocate, Vassi has steered clients through some of the most prominent data breach and internet privacy disputes in recent years— including large-scale multidistrict litigation arising out of highly publicized cyberattacks and novel challenges involving artificial intelligence, web tracking technologies, and platform liability. She has secured victories and favorable resolutions for her clients. Vassi also regularly advises companies on litigation avoidance and preparedness practices, helping them navigate risk landscapes with clarity and foresight. Her experience includes counseling on the attorney-client privilege and work product protections in incident response and internal investigations, consumer-facing arbitration provisions, state laws restricting social media use for children, artificial intelligence, and digital advertising technologies.
Vassi received her B.A. in Political Science from University of Southern California and her J.D. from University of California, Berkeley School of Law. Vassi was named one of Bloomberg’s 40 Under 40 for 2025.
